Vinayak C. Surkutla

Vinayak is a civil engineer with three decades of work across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure development. He is known for clear planning, hands-on site leadership, and steady delivery standards that keep projects moving with confidence.

He has delivered industrial facilities for Cadbury India, Mahindra and Mahindra, FIAT Engineering, and Greaves Cotton Ltd. His infrastructure portfolio in Maharashtra includes the four laning of the Pune to Shirur highway, several minor and river bridges, the Warje flyover on the Katraj to Dehu bypass road, and the Sangam bridge.

Fakira B. Pawar

Fakira brings over 35 years of real estate experience across residential and commercial projects. His approach is simple and strong: build quality that lasts and design that feels right in everyday living.
